1. Get in touch

To get started on your own unique piece, get in touch with our sales team via mail or phone, or book an appointment. Based on your briefing, our team will advise you on composition and technical requirements. Once approved, we can continue with the design of your bespoke rug!

Moodboarding

2. Customization of your design

Our in-house R&D team will take a look at your briefing, tweaking your design if necessary or adapting one of our existing LE designs to fit your needs and wishes. Afterwards, you will receive a CAD file of the outcome, so you can have a look at the proposal. You can check if the look, size and shape are what you’re looking for.
Our team will also start looking for the exact colours. First, we’ll check if we have the shade in our extended yarn library. If not, we will develop a new tone in our own dyeing mill, based on a Pantone code that matches your ideas.

Designing

3. Sampling check

Before we start on the production of your custom rug, you will receive a sample piece for a final check. Based on this sample, we can check if the design is exactly what you had in mind, and if the colours are consistent throughout all components of the rug. If this is approved, we can start working on the final product!
